Videotower: How it works
Videotower detects the intruder
The Videotower detects in real time any unauthorised entry into your area. Using AI-based analysis software, it can distinguish between humans and animals, among other things.
Immediate alert to the alarm centre
An alarm is immediately transmitted to the alarm centre, which is manned 24/7.
Situation assessed – live announcement to intruder (if necessary)
The alarm centre assesses the situation and can speak directly to the intruder, if needed.
Police/security personnel notified
If required, we immediately notify the police or the relevant security service.

Our 24/7 alarm centre constantly monitors all its cameras. If an alarm is transmitted, we will make ourselves known to the intruder via a clear live announcement, ensuring the intruder(s) are expelled as quickly as possible.

Live round-the-clock view
With our live app, you have 24/7 access to your Videotower. Use the app to turn on your LED units whenever you want, or even make a live announcement to an intruder.
Flexible and reliable
In the event of a power failure, an integrated battery will provide 48-hours of backup. This makes our video surveillance systems reliable and flexible to use. If required, we also offer completely self-sufficient systems.
Your tower unit is constantly connected to our in-house control centre, based in Munich. This control centre is manned around the clock by specially trained security personnel. In the event of an alarm being triggered, your video footage will be analysed immediately and in real time.
