Liability for content

As a service provider, in accordance with §7 para. 2 TMG, we are liable for our own content on these pages under general legal provisions. According to §§8 to 10 TMG, however, we as a service provider are not obligated to monitor transmitted or stored information from external sources or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.

This has no effect on obligations for removing or restricting use of information according to general law. However, such liability is possible only from the time knowledge is gained of a concrete violation of law. We will correct this content immediately upon becoming aware of any such violations.

Liability for links

Our service includes links leading to external web sites from third parties, the content of which we have no influence over. Therefore, we cannot assume any liability for this external content. The provider or operator of the respective pages are responsible for the contents of the linked pages. At the time of publishing on our website, the linked pages were checked for any possible infringements. Unlawful contents were not recognisable at the time the link was set up.

However, without concrete indications of an infringement, permanently monitoring the linked pages is not possible. We will remove this content immediately if notified of legal violations.

The contents created on these pages by the webpage operators are subject to German copyright laws. Copying, processing, distribution and all forms of utilisation outside of copyright restrictions require written consent from the respective author or creator. Downloads and copies of this page are only permitted for private, non-commercial use.

When content on this website is not created by the operator, the copyrights of third parties are respected. Contents of such third parties shall be made recognisable accordingly. Should a violation of copyright nevertheless come to your attention, we ask to be notified. If we become aware of any infringements, we will remove such content immediately.
