Receptionist (M/W/D)

We are looking for a Receptionist (M/W/D) to strengthen our team. 

Your role:

– You are the face of our company, acting as the first point of contact (in-person/telephone) for our visitors, customers and business partners
– Supporting various departments
– Identifying property damage or defects
– General receptionist duties
– Working together with customers, staff, police, fire brigade, rescue services, etc.

Requirements:
– Ideally past work experience in a similar role
– Police certificate without registration
– Excellent communication skills (in-person, telephone, email) with a customer-service oriented attitude
– Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
– Professional appearance

Security guard (M/W/D)

We are looking for Security guard (M/W/D) to work in the area of site security.

Your role:
– Reception service
– Telephone duties
– Registering and redirecting visitors
– Operating and responding to intrusion alarm alerts
– Person and vehicle inspections

Your role:

– Conducting monitoring and security tasks for retail outlets
– Preventing theft and other kinds of criminal activity

Requirements:
– IHK Sachkundeprüfung §34a
– Flawless criminal record
– Excellent team skills
– Strong command of German (written and spoken)
– Calm demeanour
– Great communication skills
– Stress resistant
– Professional appearance
– High level of physical fitness
